Be sure you go into Settings and turn on iCloud syncing for each iWork app. When you are using one of these apps and you close the doc after making changes and return to the apps home screen you will see the doc you changed will have a dog eared upper right corner with an up arrow. The doc icon will display a progress bar as it uploads to iCloud and the dog eared corner will disappear.

on iPad I have one document and this one document has the dog eared curl with the arrow point up, but that;s it...

The iPhone Pages has 10 documents, all of which look exactly the same as when I was on iOS 4.

Within setting and in the Pages pane, iCloud is turned on...but nothing.

It's not working.....have turned every iWork app on and off to no avail...it's on their end as it has worked since upgrading but now has wiped all doc that were loaded to cloud. Also, if you have any iPad docs on your iPad that were there, it'll wipe them too...be careful....

You mention the dog eared corner and the up arrow but not the progress bar and the disappearing dog ear. It sounds like it never uploaded to iCloud.

Correct, how do I let it upload to iCloud?

Try going into Settings app and "iCloud" and "Storage and Backup", turn "iCloud Backup" on and hit "Backup Now."

My docs upload automatically as I work. My iPad is plugged in most of the time. I don't know if this is required.

So i backed up, but still nothing is showing up.

I guess i'm gonna have to devote some time to fiddle with this situation.

Yes still there for the iPad.

Then I don't believe it uploaded to iCloud. I am using the iPad and mine is working. Did you install iOS5 on both your iPad and iPhone? If so you should go back thru the settings for iWorks apps and iCloud settings. Chances are you missed something.

Check back and let us know how things go.

Works perfect for me as well...

Remember you have to go to settings on each device, and turn on documents in iCloud. Also on each device you have to go to the settings of each individual app (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and turn iCloud on as well. Also, it does not hurt to log into http://www.iCloud.com, log in, and make sure all the docs are there as well.

If all that is done on each device, it works.

What I did was first load my documents into the iCloud web app which automatically sent them to Pages. Once I did that, any changes I made afterward are being pushed to all my devices w/ no problems.

iWork documents on my iPad and on my iPhone merged and cross-synced when I activated iCloud on each device and launched each app for the first time. Worked just as advertised.

Try turning off iCloud document sync and reactivating.

All my docs were on my iPad, but after turning on backup to iCloud they all disappeared and are now in the sky. The kicker is that when i go in settings and for the Pages app turn iCloud to on, open pages (nothing there), go back to settings, the iCloud option is off..... so I can't activate iCloud for iWork apps... and I can't get my docs back.....

Have tried to restart, hard reboot, restarting apps, checking iCloud settings 100 times.... now on the phone to AppleCare

Edit: The guy on AppleCare didn't have a straight answer so he'll call back...
