iPad Pages margins change iPadOS/MacOS

If I make a document in Pages on my MacBook and then go to edit it on my iPad all the margins are off. Is there a way to fix this instead of trying to adjust them when opening. - Is there a similar fix with using fonts installed on my MacBook but not on my iPad

Pages 12.0 on MacOS and iPad is up to date.

What I mean is the changed margins don't carry over when opening on my iPad.

I am unable to reproduce that - Big Sur; iPadOS 15.5 -
pages 12.0.

What happens on your setup if you move a document from iPad to the Mac? Does it effect the templates included?
