I’ve been using the “make pdf” shortcut on Pages for a while then using the printer‘s app (Konica) to print basic stuff out. Before the PDF shortcut would automatically fill the A4 page appropriately whether the file was landscape or portrait but now it just stays in portrait. I can adjust it manually but it would be a huge pain for Pages that have more than just text such as photos or clip art. Anyone any ideas? Is this a recent thing? Was fine around a month ago.

which version of iPadOS, Pages and Konica printer software?

Which »make PDF«-shortcut? Can you kindly post the code?

Does Pages’s »Export PDF«-option produce a correct PDF? If yes, does the Konica printer software prints it correctly?

Thanks for the reply. Your “export PDF” comment sent me in the right direction. The export command has been moved under the new iOS. It used to be grouped with the share option under the “arrow up“icon. So basically export rather than share works fine.
