Pages & San Francisco Font

Hi everyone,

Anyone know when San Francisco will be available on Pages? I LOVE the font, and I'm dying to use it on my documents.

It's not included in the Font Book but soon there will probably be clones of it at dafont.com etc. Just don't use the Des Gomez version...

I don't like the San Francisco font that much. It's kinda like Helvetica, except worse.

Nope, it's a system font only. This is mainly because Apple don't want people pulling the font from their OS.
Plus it's Retina optimised, which may not look so good in print.

The SF font doesn't even look that good on the non-Retina external monitor I plug my laptop in to.

SF is a great UI font but it is not really usable for text typesetting. Also, for that you'd typically want to use a serif font.
