iOS Paid Applications contract setup

I finaly got into the Development program (as an individual) and I need to set up the Paid Applications contract. I am from Slovenia (conuntry inside EU).

Now I have questions about everything.

First there is contact information: There are fields for more people. If I am individual probably I just need to create one person and use it in all the fields? And in the form where you are creating a new person it asks about a Title. What title is that?

And there is the title field again in the tax information.

And in the bank information you have to setup a new bank adress. Should this adress be your local bank adress or the adress of the central bank?

Any other tips would be very helpful! because these contracts drive me crazy.

Signed up last night, its pretty simple...

you use ALL fields... you basically "own" the business so you are in every position within it...

Your title?? Senior Management sounds good no??

Tax is only for US mostly, i didn't need to do that cos i am in EU!

Yes anything.... within reason of course... its your title in the company to keep it like, "legal, management" you no...

I still find it a little strange that I sould enter local bank adress. I don't know but it feels strange. I get my mail every month from their headquarters not the local establishment.

You have to put the address of the bank you got your card... i got my card from the bank in my home town so i put there address so they know where the money is going to, you have the account at that bank not a banks headquarters..

Probably the bank address isn't that important. If you can send mail to the bank headquarters then that should work fine. If there's a chance that your local branch might not be there in a couple years because they moved then I'd go with the main branch. I used the main branch when I did mine.

I set up the contact information. And I will get to the bank info tommorow. I will use my local bank adress and see what happens.

At the tax information there is also the field "title". Do I use the same title here? Or something else?

And itunes Connect is a very bad site. It gives you a feeling that it is a 100 years old. There is no help/description of the fields, no home button for some of the pages, you can't edit some information... Apple could make this portal more user friendly.

does anyone know if it is a problem to have an individual account but with more then 1 person listed for positions: I am working with someone who is going to handle the business side of things down the road but I will be doing the development. 1 developer, 2 employees + Individual account = Problems?

Usually title means Mr, Dr, Mrs etc.

Probably but if you click next without filling it in it tells you that you have to enter the job title.

Please enter your job title to certify that you are an individual who is authorized to complete this form.

Reasonable choices for an individual account would be Software developer, Head Software Developer, President, Principle, Principle Software Developer. CEO would probably be a bit much.

...On many sites there is allways mentinoned the W8-BEN form that you must complete. The question is where is this form? There aren't any links in the itunes Connect and I didn't recieve any email with it. Do I have to wait to get it? Or is there a change with this. Becuase on one of the internet forums I saw something about the form not being needed anymore.

I don't know if you need to complete the form or not, but that is a form from the US government which is used to indicate that you are not US Citizen when you are receiving income from the US. It seems to be useful at establishing why you may be subject to different rules for taxation from US citizens. Those rules will depend on your country and its tax treaties with the US.

If you really want to get the form and instructions, you should google for that form name and IRS (the abbreviation of the tax agency of the US). That will probably find some information on the irs.gov website.
