For some reason, transferring video files locally via lightning to my app of choice, Infuse, has become painfully slow. As in, so slow for a while I thought it'd crashed - something that should take 20 minutes is taking an hour, no exaggerration. Tried it with AVPlayerHD, same slow speed, so not app specific it seems.
It's via USB 3.0 from my Mac Mini, which has a Samsung Pro Evo SSD, via iTunes to my 9.7" iPad Pro.
iPad and Mac fully updated to 10.3 and 10.12.4 respectively. It's the first time I've done a file transfer since 10.3.
Any clue what the bottleneck is? I've rebooted everything and gone through the usual fault finding, even using a different lightning cable, but the problem persists.
Transferring similar files in the same manner to my 7 Plus is as fast as it ought to be.
