Pairing a Macbook Pro with a 2008 Lexus IS?

Hi all,

I am desperately trying to find a way to transfer all of my phone numbers/addresses to my car and my cell phone is only capable of transferring numbers one at a time.

Has anyone tried or been successful at pairing their MacBook/Pro with their car to transfer phone numbers and addresses?
