I made a quick video of Pandora running in the background for people wondering how it works. This is of course accomplished with the Spirit Jailbreak and Backgrounder.

Funny - that's what I thought also. I turned that video off pretty quickly.

The point is to show that Pandora works correctly in conjunction with Backgrounder and that there are no skips/hiccups in the audio. Sorry you don't care for the music.

Am I correct in assuming that SBSettings has to be installed first for Backgrounder to work?

No, they are two separate things. One is not needed for the other.
