Pandora substitutes?

To be honest, I can't find an app comparable to pandora. I feel it's pretty amazing (especially for being free). But... some functions aren't there on the iphone app and my stations eventually stop seeming so fresh. Any similar app suggestions??

Last.fm for the unlimited skips.

I installed Pandora on my iPad, but any limits in the number of skips just isn't acceptable.
