ive had my JB working fine since it was released I've rebooted and re-JB several times but when I went to do that this morning suddenly the Pangu App just crashes when I try to open it.

Any advice?

Do you have the Chinese version installed, or the English version?

You can install the latest Chinese version using iFunBox, iMazing, etc... in airplane mode, reboot, trust the certificate, verify the app, then run it again.

The latest Chinese version is here:

http://download.25pp.com/ipa/jailbreak/inv_ent_final_0805.ipa

The latest English version is here http://en.pangu.io ... That one you need to install with your Apple ID using Cydia Impactor http://www.cydiaimpactor.com , after jailbreak, check the box at the bottom and click the big circle.

I've found that when I have my 2-step verification on, I can't re-jailbreak. The app can't get through to the phone. If you have that on, turn it off then back on after re-jailbreaking.

hum I have 2 step verification and can re jailbreak anytime with this option turned on. I know when you install the app on the computer you need to turn off your passcode and find my iPhone I think, but just for the installation process the first time. Don't know if it make any difference, but I did that in case.

Note that in the initial process, I create a fake apple ID just for the jailbreak.

I JB via the Safari way when it was first released and have re JB after a restart a few times now.

Try resetting your phone by the hold power and home button method until you see the Apple Logo and let go.

And or Press twice on the home button to bring up multi tasking and kill the app there.

This worked great for reinstalling. I was about to upgrade to the newest iOS 10....I had the Chinese version. The link for it didn't work, however, I clicked on the English version and followed the steps..All my jailbroken features started right back up. This saved me! Thanks sooo much.

Maybe it's time for a sticky as there will be plenty more users looking for answers in the coming days/weeks once they reboot their devices

The certificate has expired, go here follow prompt and save a short cut to your device.

Do nothing more than click it, no need to redo any fresh installed jailbreaks ;)

It will be placed into cache to be used later, this one will not expire
The one year certificate was NOT based upon your jailbreak day but the start of the certificate that Pangu used which now is expired
edit: I used this method months ago knowing this day was likely to come before the next JB ;)

here is a little more info
