ok, so Pangu JB (I have Air 2) went all right.
But the "Passbook" section that I could see in Settings seems to be gone.
I believe it used to be below the "iTunes & App Store" section, but now that's gone. Spotlight search isn't revealing Passbook either. Anyone had this problem?

How odd.
Guess I should try unjailbreaking and see what happens. Time to install tweaks one by one and see which one results in passbook disappearance.

I have an Air 2 as well and don't remember seeing Passbook as an app on the device, though it was still in my settings after jailbreaking. Perhaps try a hard reset to see if it reappears or restoring back to stock.

...and now I see Passbook thing back again when I changed the region to the US (I'm originally from the US too). And I forgot that Apple Pay is only available in the US. Makes sense that that thing doesn't show up when I set the region to Canada. Feeling so dumb zzzzz

How/Where did you change the region back to US ?

Just JB and my Passbook app opens and closes right away!

EDIT: Okay, so I see 'Passbook' in settings and was able to re-add my CCs for Apple Pay, followed by a ' xx card is ready for Apple Pay '

Under Settings >> iCloud >> Passbook is turned on too.

But, when I click the damn app ' Passbook' it closes right away... what gives !
