It started a while ago where my 6.1 had done a reboot during the night, but now I get this error message that it want to report to Apple after the reboot. Could it be that I need to put on some new thermal paste on my cpu?

It seem like a Catalina problem. See here:

Seems so.

I updated to macOS Big Sur 11.0 Beta and now everything is good :)

I suddenly got error messages and reboot again, but I also noticed my main disk was almost full. Perhaps related?

It could have something to do with the Lacie driver. That was the last loaded kext in the panic report. Does it have D300 graphics? I had one of those that did this same behavior under Catalina. Never had that issue with the D500 & D700 units. Try selecting Do Not Disturb for when the screen is locked in Notification settings. That seemed to help for mine.

Mmm... I got the same problem on a 2013 macpro with D300's. Faulty GPU.

Sorry but I realized now you have a 6.1 with D300.

I don't believe the GPU hardware is faulty. I believe it's a driver issue in Catalina. The problem isn't present in Mojave. Apple made a lot of GPU driver changes with the addition of Navi drivers in Catalina. They consolidated some of the old ones and something they did has caused this problem for Pitcairn graphics. To test that theory it would be interesting to know if the problem is present in 10.15.0, because Navi drivers weren't added until 10.15.1.

Have you tried the 11.0.1 update?

Here’s what I would do:
-Install Mojave on a separate partition/drive (inside the APFS container)
-Test that out for week or so
-If it’s all good transfer everything over to Mojave and sign in to iCloud.
-Sign out of iCloud on the Big Sur installation on the other drive/partition, but keep it so you can test it as new updates are released

PROBLEM.... SORT OF FIXED/REDUCED, Been having this problem just like everyone, noticed that it only crashed when things were idle, and once when it looked like it was going to crash I started to move the mouse and it came bace from the edge. I got the idea to try a "Mouse jiggle USB port mouse mover" which I turn on anytime I am away from my screen (The Jiggler I have has a built in power switch) and for the last 2 months it has not kernel panicked once when the Jiggler was on. This proves that it is a problem when things are Idle and Apple needs to fix this.
