Panther Build - No more Aiport HELP

Hi all,
i just downloaded the latest build of panther and have lost my airport. I cannot turn it on (that i know of) and cannot save a location in the network panel. So i am sunk. unfortunately, it is on my pbook, which i don't have partitioned and thus this is my only system.

If there is anyone familiar with the latest panther build that can help..

If you have legally downloaded Panther form Apple, you should have access to their support forums and should be asking this question there.

If you haven't obtained it legally, you got what you deserved. Who knows if you got an unmodified image.

Try repairing permissions, and failing that reinstalling.

Like Bear said, when you use illegal beta software you run this risk of screwing something up.

thanks guys, but i legally downloaded it from apple, thank you very much.
i have the 3 official images from apple.

and i realize the risks of running beta software....

but i asked for help, not a lesson in ethical values....though i do appreciate it.


i will try to repair permissions or do a clean install...

also, i don't know where/if there are any apple support forums for panther seeds....

If there are no support forums, how does Apple get feedback on the seeds?

There must be some support mechanism for the developers who have access to the early releases.
