Can I set the paper quality on word to glossy? I have an Epson Stylus photo R360 BTW. I have the pictures saved separately, but in word I can print multiple small pictures on one page (so not to waste photo paper), the Epson program is useless as the pictures are too small for it to recognise. Help please!

In the Print dialog box, you can usually set the paper type somewhere. It's usually under Printer Features --> Advanced Options.

You are not on Windows and right now, your attempt to print from Windows isn't working. The Mac environment gives you two opportunities to select media and print quality. You have the File/Page Setup... dialog box and the File/Print... dialog box. Not having your printer, I can't give you the proper settings. However, you should be able to find the proper settings by simple exploration. So far, you seem to have ignored File/Page Setup.... I would start there.
