I just downloaded and bought a license for Paragon NTFS for Mac. But when I connect my Seagate 1TB drive, the app freezes and it doesn't show the drive in the Finder.
Who know how to fix this? Support is too slow for a reply/fix, need it to work ASAP. THANKS
Have you tried to restart the system? Also, you may want to check if the driver is blocked by macOS. Before mounting the drive, check paragon setting to see if the driver is loaded. You can also choose to download the driver and reinstall again.

I have no idea. The best thing I can think about is Mojave blocks it because of SIP, because of compatibility issue or both. https://kb.paragon-software.com/article/4797
