Parallax Effect and other issues with Home Screen

Those who are on iOS 16 Beta, are you able to see the Parallax Effect on iOS Icons? We had that since iOS 7, and I am not able to see that on my iPhone 12 after updating to iOS 16
Also is anyone able to switch off the Shadowy Effect below text in Home Screen in bright wallpapers?

They removed the parallax effect around developer beta 5. I emailed Craig Federighi asking about it, hoping he would respond, he hasn’t. Hopefully it comes back in 16.1.

Kind of glad it's no longer there, having been away pretty much since the iPhone 5 and iOS 7 I can't say I miss it.
