Hi, I'm trying to install Parallels 18 on an iMac running Ventura 13.3.1. Upon opening the installer, I can get to the point where it directs me to find the Windows 11 image on the web. At that point in time, I notice my Wi-Fi is frozen. If I switch to a different browser and try to load a random website, nothing happens. When I quit the Parallels installer, Wi-Fi is restored across the system. Anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening. Thanks in advance.

Installing Parallels not the same as installing Windows 11 under Parallels. Are you having a problem with the former or with the latter?

I have a 2020 iMac (3.6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9) running Ventura 13.3.1. Problem is with the Parallels installer, not the windows. Opening the Parallels installer shuts down my wi-fi. I can't even register the software because my wi-fi connection is frozen. I've verified this by opening different browsers and trying to connect to unrelated websites. Nothing works. When I quit the Parallels installer, wi-fi returns to normal.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I managed to find a solution via Google. I uninstalled Parallels 18 (which I had downloaded from the Parallels website), restarted the computer, then downloaded Parallels Desktop from the App Store. This version works perfectly. :)
