Parallels Desktop/Mac OS Integration

How simple is file integration between the two OSes?

As in transferring? I'm essentially going to be transferring music files from the virtual windows OS i plan on installing over to Mac OS.

How is integration?

Pretty good...but this will be a MAJOR feature of the upcoming Parallels 3 (however the new Unity demo from VMWare looks awesome.

Ok... so by looking at VMWare, I think I prefer that.

Does it support wireless connectivity as well?
That's basically my main issue.
