Anyone here besides me use the Kaspersky Internet Security software that comes with the latest Parallels general release? I find it kind of confusing, as I'm not used to security suites, and could use some guidance on what settings to use to best protect my Windows installation.

just go with default settings.

what's the advantage to using this as opposed to avg?
AVG only protects you from viruses. This suite blocks spam, contains a better firewall than the one in Windows XP, has anti-hacker and anti-spy modules, and does a bunch of other things besides just protect you against viruses.
