i have the i7 mini server and occasionally run parallels desktop 6.0.12090.660720 with windows xp on it, no problems. don't know about parallels server 4 though.

Im running parallels desktop on my i7 dual core /w 8GB ram. I run Windows 7, Vista, XP and chrome on it daily. I'm very happy with the perforce of parallels on my i7 mini (non-server.)

I don't think i have a need for parallels server.
