Looking to buy a Macbook but want to make sure that Parallels will run on it- don't see why it wouldn't...

Anyone try it yet?

Virtualization

I too am interested in running Parallels on a new MacBook. Does anyone know if the hardware virtualization support is enabled on the MacBook. I gather it isn't on the Mini - which makes things very slow.

I would imagine the Mac Mini running Windows XP alongside Mac OS X wouldn't be much of a thrill regardless. I use Boot Camp, however the things that I use Windows for require all my ram and processing power, so Parallels wouldn't be much use to me.

The MacBook should be fine on Parallels as far as I know.

It isn't supposed to be, but apparently some Minis have virtualization turned off. You may find these of interest - link and link
