Tried out the trial of parallels, liked it enough that i'll buy it to run xp sp3 at some point. Deleted the whole thing, xp and all, yet my mac is still showing it as still available in the '~shared' part of the finder. I know I can't access it, thus I don't really want it there anymore. How do I get rid of it?

Figured it out, went to my network settings and turned off 2 parallels services that created themselves. I guess uninstalling the prog doesn't really get rid of it completely, there's still a couple processes lingering in my activity monitor

Its not a parallels fault. OSX sees a "2nd" computer in which does exist because you're running 2 OSes at once. OSX doesn't update this that fast, it should go away in a restart or after a while.
