Parallels Vista VM wont run properly

When I run my Vista VM on Parallels it goes mad! Parts of the UI flash around everywhere! It feels like its gonna give me seizures.

For example, when I click the start menu (or whatever the hell they call it in Vista) it flashes very fast. And when I highlight something the highlight flashes around, or the text could disappear or something.

Any help?

Anyone? The VM is used a lot for important things so its important its fixed.

Yep, Parallels Tools is installed.

What resolution is the Virtual Machine window?

I changed it to full screen, coherence, normal, different size windows, changing video memory... Nothing works!
