Does this mean that Apple will be putting their stock into HD-DVD? I would have bet that Apple was going to go with Blue-Ray. It looks like the door is closing quickly on that option.

It means nothing really. If anything, it will get Apple looking at those Combo Format drives. Disney, FOX, and Sony are being exclusive to Blu-Ray. I'm pretty sure Sony will NEVER produce an HD-DVD on top of that. This format war sucks. Personally, I want to start buying VHS again. I miss that rewind sound... It was soothing.

dont you miss the days when if you rented a movie from blockbuster etc you had to REWIND it before returning it......what suckers, i never rewound it!!!!!
