After hearing some negative things about after sales services of Lenovo and MS (e.g. possible long wait time to get the unit back after sending in for repairing, possible receive of a refurbrished unit when repairing is needed on the SB2), my parent want me to buy a MBP2018 rather than a Thinkpad or SB2. What do you think? In Canada, are the after sales services of Lenovo and MS good or bad?
