So I installed iOS 10 at work, drove home and when I parked my car this showed up. So neat!
But how does it know it's parked?
same conditions apply to a bus - I hope I won’t get notifications about where I “parked” itI'm going to take a wild guess and say it uses the following arguments:
- device is moving faster than X mph (faster than walking), assume user is in a moving vehicle
- device has stopped moving X amount of minutes since last movement has been reported. Assume vehicle is stopped or parked.
I'm sure it'll be something you can turn off.same conditions apply to a bus - I hope I won’t get notifications about where I “parked” it

That’s what some people reported with iOS 9. Makes prefect sense as Bluetooth’s MAC address includes vendor’s ID - which can tie it down to type of device where it’s used.Definitely tied to bluetooth. Similar to when you hook up to your bluetooth, it tells you how long it will take to go home (or your next scheduled event)
Check out Sleep CycleI always hoped to have a function that tells me what time I feel asleep last night.
Perhaps the last user-input the previous night.
