which leads to a make an offer page.

from someone who has been through this process before could you enlighten me on the process here. thanks.

You make an offer. Most of the time they want laughable amounts so you just negotiate with them. I once wanted to buy chicoweb.com. It may be worth a couple hundred bucks at the most, I guess it's a city afterall but they responded back with an offer for 2500. It was comical. Good luck.
