In a city where I work outside of Washington DC there is this new app that works in tandem with your app called park mobile.

Very cool technology and I can see using it on my phone in the future in tandem with "parkomator".

Today is 2/18 and the app is not free. What happened?

We gave TestFlight access to the app for free to users who signed up to the form. And yes, we closed it a day earlier on 02/18/2016 since we couldn't add more people to test version.
On the App Store parkOmator costs $1.99 for the first 15 days.
