3+ years with iOS but this 5.0-release is mind boggling complex... All my iDevices run iOS5, I sync to iCloud and I've realised a few of the devices could do with a restore and being setup as new. Post that process, how do I go about restoring stuff like contacts, photos, apps, music from iCloud? I can't seem to find any god damn info about this on Apples support site or here...

Only Contacts, Calendar, Notes, Bookmarks, Reminders and Photo's that are in Photo Stream get re-downloaded to your device (after logging into your iCloud account under Settings> iCloud)

Apps can be re-downloaded by logging into the App Store, then click on the Update tab, then Purchased.

Music purchased from iTunes can be re-downloaded by going into the iTunes app, then click on Purchased

Music not purchased from iTunes or Photos not in Photo Stream have to be added using iTunes.
