Well every 6 months or so I reinstall Mac OSX it makes my Mac run like new, but now I have a partition with WIndows Vista, is there a way to reinstall Mac OSX without affecting my partitioning, or is there another option to make my computer run like new?

Thank you,
Alex

Yep, when installing just make the Mac partition the target. You can consider an Archive And Install to save a lot of work.
