So I had an 11” iPP paired with a magic keyboard for traveling. I could charge my iPhone and iPad at the same time cause of the magic keyboard but when I tried to charge my Apple Watch and iPhone with the mag safe duo charger it wouldn’t work. Just curious if anyone knows why it doesn’t support that from the iPad and if maybe the new iPP 12.9” will work because of the thunderbolt port. I’m not to intelligent with the ins and outs of this stuff so I figured I could ask here and probably get an answer. Thanks in advance.

The iPad needs a glass back in order to work with it.

I believe the USB-C port on the iPad only delivers ~7W max. That might even be limited to 5V only.

Based on the product page, seems like you need 20W (9V/2.22A) for the MagSafe Duo.
