Passcode Requirement?

Twice today on PB1 iOS has said I have to change my passcode with a time limit to do it. Never seen this before.

I've had that before and I think it was because of a security policy on my exchange server

I had it do this as well, and now that I have changed my passcode, it says that the passcode I entered is incorrect whenever I try to enter it from the lockscreen. I am just praying that I figure out what it has now set itself to before my phone reboots at some point, and I am completely locked out...
