Password for pdf file for mountain lion

so i got the two emails from apple one with pdf and the other with a password to open the pdf but it doesn't work anyone else had this problem

I just received two PDFs with no passwords in two emails.

Each has a different number on it.

I hope my password turns up soon.

I only applied once for my one MBA.

EDIT: PDF number 3 has just arrived.

This is silly.
