ok so this is going to sound bad but i found a iphone in the desert while riding and it has a password on it.
i wanna know how to ge around this so i can use it.

can anyone help??

I'll help you.

Don't be a thief and keep something which isn't yours !

That should be all the help you need to do the right thing !

I'm 14. Not 13. And the point I was making is that if someone isn't careful about their item, and can just let it fall out of their pocket, then they don't deserve to have it because there's somebody else out ther who will be careful with it. If I find an iPhone then I'm keeping it. If u find 100 dollar bill drifting around in the street, r u gonna keep it or r u going to dial "mom" on it? Are you going to call up the government and say someone lost their money? No you're going to keep it. And yes I was being sarcastic about dialing a phone number from the 100 dollar bill.

He said in the desert...hahahaha

*Looks like somebody got pissed off at AT&T's lack of coverage there and tossed it away.

There is a huge difference between an untraceable piece of currency and an easy traceable unique cell phone.

It does not surprise me you would keep someone else's cell phone if you found it (or that you would help someone trying to keep a cell phone which isn't their property).

I just pray you don't have a younger brother or sister to wrongly influence.

I once found a hundred in an arcade. My friend indicated a guy walking away dropped it. I tapped him on the shoulder and gave it back. He looked absolutely shocked. My friend and I just went back to watching games as we had no money. Less than 30 seconds later, that same stranger I gave the money back to slipped a 20 in my hand, said "thanks", and walked away. Still a little shocked myself, I put the 20 in a token dispenser and my friends and I spent the next hour or two playing all the tokens.

These are the years you are developing into the person you will be for the rest of your life. Picking the right road isn't always easy, but sometimes it's just clearly marked. The first impulse should be to try to return lost property (not just because it's legally responsible to do so) but it's the right road to take.

no worries ppl didnt need your help in the end.
