I'm still voting for DataVault. They have versions for all your devices, Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. One time purchase at this time.
macOS includes a PW manager called Keychain and many people (myself included) find that is all they need. Is there some feature missing from Keychain you require?

KeePassXC user here (on the Mac). It's free, open source (nice, especially for a security app), and cross platform.
MiniKeePass works well for iOS devices. It can interact with the secure database created by KeePass/KeePassX/KeePassXC.
It's not as fancy or smooth as something like 1Password, it's a no frills approach to password management for those who value FOSS.

I'm partial to eWallet by illiumsoft. Have been using it for well over 10 years. Keep it synced with my Mac and it backs up to my icloud account.
Any of you have a few more details what really differs the following:
LastPass
1Password
Dashlane
If any of you are using one of those already for a while, maybe you can tell me your experiences and why you use the app you use and not some other pw manager.
Its not about costs, passwords etc are important and so its worth something if there are costs. Important is, what is the most trustworthy of the three ? I took a look at KeePass but didn't really like it. Yes, its maybe more secure, but also far less convenient, at least in my opinion. Especially if its about syncing across devices.

@willmtaylor: Thanks, the problem is, you find many such "Reviews" out there, but just as with everything and everyone, they all have different opinions. Many say 1Password is the thing to go, others LastPass or Dashlane or even KeePass. I can only check whats the most convenient for myself, but I would have to test all of them myself to really know.

I wouldn't say they did ALL the research. If you read the fine print, he just looked at systems people talk about. I've been using eWallet across platforms for well over a decade. To me, it's the best as I can keep it sync'd to desktop clients, phones, and it backs up to iCloud in case I have to restore away from my laptops.
Yup, and I use Roboform Everywhere with almost the same results. It works with Safari, Chrome, Firefox, IE with clients for Android, iOS, and macOS. My password vault is stored on their servers, they had a blog post about their security when one of the other password managers was hacked last year.
That's the problem, you have to take their word for it. There can never be real proven trust between such a service and you, because for that you would really need to see with them how it works and not just what they say. So the only thing left is to try and trust one of them. I find so many saying that that is best or that, and the companies themselves would always say that theirs is the best, the most secure and whatever.
The same could be said for any credit card company, mortgage lender, financial advisor, or bank.

I checked out Enpass, and it kinda works on my Mac. But as for filling the Passwords in Safari on my iPhone, nothing happened there. Not what I thought. I mean, the Data was synced via iCloud, so the Data was there, but in Mobile Safari nothing helped me getting logins etc filled with Enpass.
For years I thought I'd never need a password manager, but we have so many different passwords now. I read about 1Password, tried it, and liked it a lot. It's easy, convenient, and very, very helpful sometimes!... couldn't live without it.

It's a minefield on which one to use, as they are pretty much do the same thing.
For the paranoid in me I started using Password Safe, having the encrypted file on iCloud for sharing between devices, but integration was a pain, copying and pasting in passwords.
Lastpass (I know they had a breach in 2015) looks great for integration, but the Vault to stored with them, and you have no "visibility" of it's use.
I guess it's a case of trust.
