I know I've done this before, nad can't remember how. I want to password protect a folder. I know how to create a secure disc image, but don't like that method because then i can't add to it. Do you know how I can password protect a folder, keeping it as a folder (not disc image)? Thank you.

Thank you, appreciate that, but it doesn't password protect it. I like to password protect a folder even when I'm logged in, just in case.

You can if you set it up correctly. I just did a test like this and I can open the encrypted DMG and add or remove files.
