Passwords are not saved after entering them

Hi,

I've MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016 with TB), macOS High Sierra 10.13.1

After update to High Sierra I have the following issues:

• Passwords entered in browsers (Safari, Chrome, Opera), are not saved. I have to enter them each time. Moreover tabs are not saved after quitting the browser, regardless of new tabs settings (i.e., browser always opens default empty tab)
• Passwords in Mail accounts. I am also asked to enter password each time I open Mail application.
• Password to my work wifi network is asked everytime and is not saved after entering.
• In Internet accounts passwords for outlook.com and facebook are also asked periodically. And when I enter them, I receive message: "Unable to verify account name or password".

I tried to delete all entries in default login entity in keychain, but that didn't help.
Can you please help?

N.B. I don't know if this topic is related to this thread, or should be moved elsewhere, so please advise.
