I have no idea what "Paste and Go" is, but if you're looking for something that will make static web URLs live (clickable), then you might try Text2Link.

"Paste and Go" is a feature of Chrome, Firefox and other browsers that
allows one to copy a URL, paste it into the address field of a browser,
and at the same time "enters" the command without pressing the
enter key. "Paste and Go" appears in the context (right-click) menu.

There is a neat program called PopClip that can do this. It’s really cool.
