I was inspired by RKB and his half mass patagonia bag for his 13" MBA, and went to check out a mini mass, the little brother to the half mass. The 11.6" MBA fit perfectly, so I decided to buy it.

It's an awesome bag-its only pitfall is the lack of a built in laptop sleeve, but I have a colcasac sleeve on the way

Congrats!! I love the size in both the bag and MBA. It's funny, I actually had the 11 in 64Gb MBA for a week and took it back as I wanted a larger HD. BestBut took it back without any problems and the day ended with me taking home the 13. If I had it to do over I'd stuck with the 11, just more loaded version.

BTW, the color is great!

I'm pretty sure that I'll actually return the colcasac, as I just bought a wrapsol film.

Even though I ordered an SFbags suede sleeve because it was super thin and light, I've been eying the Colcasac for a while. Is it actually super soft??

And isn't it as heavy as an iPad, at 18.5oz (1.15lbs)?

I haven't received it yet. Hopefully today or sometime tomorrow. But regarding the weight, I believe that refers to the weight (ounces per square yard) of the exterior hemp material.
