patchstick tutorial video

I have found videos on how to create a patchstick (boxee) on a mac but is there a video tutorial on how to do this with a windows machine?

I am not sure that you can do that with a PC. Given that the ATV uses OSX I am think you need a MAC.

ATV Flash works on a PC.
