I had an absolute hell of a time preordering the iPhone 14 Pro Max this morning. I accidentally ended up pre-ordering twice.
I have one pre-ordered on my iPhone Upgrade Program that won’t be delivered until 9/28-10/3.
I have another pre-ordered using Apple Card installment payments that will be ready for store pick up on 9/16.
I can’t get through to an Apple agent, but my question is if it would be possible to change my store pick up order to use my iPhone Upgrade Program and cancel the delivery?
Alternatively, when I go to the store to pick up the order could they do it for me at the store?
I’ve never had this issue before in the last 6 or 7 years I’ve been using the iPhone upgrade program because my preorders have always been 2 clicks and done.
