Other Payment Not Completed

This seems to have started with 16. When purchasing a movie or rental on ATV - I am prompted to confirm on iPhone/w device. I tap the pop up and it scans my face and the ATV says Payment not completed error. It then asks me to verify with password. That takes me to settings/accounts on ATV and I enter my password and that's it. No confirmation it did it or anything. I go back to the movie and it's been purchased apparently.

It did not work this way before and I can't figure out wtf is going on.

You posted about this on the eighth, and I responded.

As others have said in their own posts about this, it doesn't work. It is f'd. You need to raise it with Apple if it bothers you that much. You can then wait for them to do absolutely sweet FA about it like they do with most bugs these days

I forgot I posted already. So others have had this issue? Any threads on that? So it's a bug?

Yes, others including myself have this problem and for ages now. I can't point you to exact posts but I'm sure you will find them if you trawled through the relevant forums.

It is beyond my comprehension how Apple have got so appallingly bad with every single one of their services. There is absolutely nothing now that is reliable. I am sick to death of them and the sooner I can forget all this crap the better.
