Hi,

Wasn't sure where to ask this but most likely here would be a good start.

I have about £50 credit linked with my AppleID (scanned a couple of iTunes gift cards)

Can I use this credit to renew my Dev membership that is up in August?

Thanks for the advice.

on a side note. If I don't renew my iOS dev account and roll back to iOS 7 will this cause issues with my Yosemite download?

I'm not signed up as a Mac Dev but was given the option when it came out.

Thanks again

Can anyone confirm this? I probably won't renew my Dev account so interested to find out if my whole world crashes around me when it expires :(

Well, assuming you only use one iCloud account for everything, your iCloud data probably won't work if you upgraded to iCloud Drive, seeing as even iWork on iCloud.com doesn't work with the iCloud Drive upgrade.

It goes through apple store checkout and requires card payment, not iTunes store, so no.
