Hi,

I installed PayPal but I'm unable to use it. After the initial installation I was unable to log into my account (had a wrong password entered and then some system error which was likely due to connection issues) but now the app crashes after showing the big blue PayPal splash screen for a few seconds. Removing and reinstalling the app didn't work, restarting the phone didn't work. Maybe there are some leftover settings which I could delete to try to totally reset the app but I don't know if and where those are on the phone.
IOS7, iPhone 5S

Any help?

I had this same issue. Something on 1/1/14 went bad when I installed the app and the only way I could resolve it was to restore iOS completely and set up as a new phone. Way too much hassle. Any attempts to restore from a backup brought the PayPal problem settings back

Update to PayPal app with bug fixes just hit the app store 1/7/14. Perhaps this will help resolve the crashing issue...?
 
Hi I have the same problem with or without jailbrake. Something went wrong at some point and nothing!

I even emailed paypal support about this and got few replies but it's been quiet for a long time now
