i just jailbroke my iphone 6 plus on 9.0.1 and when trying to purchase some themes and i click paypal "which is the only payment option available" it always gives me an "error" on the paypal and i cant purchase anything? anybody else having this issue and is there anyway to resolve it?

Log into your paypal account from your phone. You might have to verify the device first. Something similar happened to me buy with eBay.
