PB 12 Display illumination uneven....anyone else?

I bought a refb. Pb12 /1.5/ combo.
I'm not that familiar with laptops and spent some time looking for the 'sweet spot' -but the display is not evenly bright, not talking
about calibration, color accuracy etc it's just brighter
in the bottom corners and the bottom half of the screen

Is this a common problem ? I sent it back got another, it was
better, not perfect but i could live with it( I'm a photographer)
but the keyboard broke, Apple said they'd repair ie replace the
keyboard. They got it back in 3 days incl. transport each way
great but the display is uneven again....I don't think it's the
same machine ..same serial # but the Ram is different(brand)
found that installing more (1GB)
Can this be right ?
Or can the uneveness be the result of damage like pressure ?

If it's the same serial, then it's the same machine. Try and get a replacement.
Sounds like the RAM was almost just compensation or something.

I got the same problem. Apple sucks. Look at millions of complaints on Internet. Do a search on google at "uneven illumination apple". You will see. The quality sucks! sucks! sucks! I will not buy apple next time. I will switch back to PC but maybe not windows. Will apple my switch story, very simple, quality sucks!
