Anyone have this issue? There is about the height of the top status bar empty space below the status bar so every app I open or whatever, opens with that top part showing the background and the app showing below it. It's extremely annoying and a restart had fixed it, but I had to do another restart today and it went back to it.

I did a force restart and it was fixed.
Tried that 4 times already today by holding down both power and home keys until Apple logo and none fixed it. That did fix it for me last week when I had it, but not this time.

I saw this problem in another thread. They did a fresh restore to 8.4 then upgraded to iOS 9 PB and they said that fixed it.

Hmm might try that. Reluctant to spend so much time trying to fix it.
