Dear all,
Here's a problem that I hope someone out there can help me with.
My pb g3 pismo has recently begun experiencing kernel panics over the last 4 weeks. Usually this happens when I put the machine to sleep by closing the lid and leaving it for more than an hour or two. When I lift the lid, I just see a black screen and the fans keep whirring and the machine is very very hot. Only a forced restart fixes the problem. If I only sleep the machine for short periods of time, everything seems to be ok.
I am using no extra stuff. No usb, no firewire, no kind of devices at all. I have made zero hardware changes since this started happening. I'm running 10.4.3, which is supposed to fix this problem but doesn't I guess. I have already reset the PMU and it has not solved the problem. I have also run software update and repaired permissions on the disk.
Any ideas on what's happening? Here's the latest log from the latest kernel panic in case anyone can understand this stuff. Any help would really be appreciated.
