PC Game Installation Problem

Hey guys, longtime Mac Rumors user here. I'm helping my sister with her PC Laptop. She is trying to download games for the PC and when we try to install an error comes up saying "The procedure entry point DecodePointer could be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll" I'd really like to get this working for her, any idea on how to fix this problem?

Hello Friends,
You are download KERNEL32.dll file and paste this on game folder. Try it.

I think you have some problem with your files. May be some files are missing Or you have the old OS and low graphics.
