PC won't recognize iPhone

this isn't my home PC, but my office PC. before i used to be able to connect my iPhone and it will charge and be recognized on iTunes.

now it won't do either.

thoughts? suggestions?

Delete the drivers and plug it back it?

Sounds like a driver is missing on your work computer or something is wrong with your USB.

definitely not the USB connection. my iPod connects just fine.
